I write fanfic. Original concepts, production and characters - theirs. My own words, characters and concepts - mine.
I'm a middle-aged fangirl. I write slash, so far mainly for 'The Sentinel'. Otoh, I spread my slash reading around a variety of fandoms. Sometimes my interest is engaged by gen topics as well as slash.
Don't know what slash is? Stories about same-sex (in my case, between men) sexual relationships. If you don't like that or are legally a minor, go somewhere else. Please. Thank you.
A few remarks on friending:
I have a problem with the word, and would much prefer something with less emotional connotation. But if you want to friend (be in contact with, associate with) me through my journal then please, you're most welcome. I may or may not friend you back, which is no comment on you, but more on my personal quirks and the desire to keep a manageable friends page. Even if I don't friend back, I may well drop in and see what's happening now and again. If you can live with this as an attitude, then go for it.
My stories can be found at my website, linked to at the beginning of this profile. My main fandoms in terms of writing are 'The Sentinel', 'The Professionals', 'Starsky & Hutch' and 'Sapphire and Steel', although there are snippets from a variety of other media sources. If you want to podfic or remix etc based on anything of mine, feel free, so long as you credit.
As of March 2010, any fic and meta will be hosted on my Dreamwidth account although links will be in my LJ for access, and works will be posted to ASR3, my website, and possibly AO3 as well. As of September 2010, this journal will be rather more locked down than was previously the case. My Dreamwidth account will be less locked down.
